Job Description for Senior Sales Manager-001—APR-SMART-2016

Role/Purpose: We are currently looking to hire several superstar sales individuals to work for hardcore sales for a senior position.

The right candidate is an excellent communicator, with understanding of complex technologies benefits for clients and has proven ability to sell. The right person also has a keen eye for new opportunities and skills for presenting them effectively to our clients. The responsibilities will be to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.

A successful candidate will be responsible for handling the hardcore sales activities. The key role will be targeting potential corporate customers and selling the transport management system product to them. Lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and consistently closing business on a monthly basis in order to meet or exceed targets are important job responsibilities.

A qualified candidate should possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication. The candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 -6 years in business development preferably in Transport Management System sales. • Excellent knowledge of the IT services and experience of international marketing is an added advantage. • Great team player. • Should possess excellent skills for account handling and client relationship building. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • The ability to multi-task is critical. • Exceptional listening, problem solving, and follow through skills. • Experience through the entire sales cycle, including: building a pipeline, creating a proposal, presenting and discussing solutions with critical decision-makers, and contract negotiation is required. • Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects • Inputting into sales and marketing collateral how the business positions itself for various audiences prior experience to acquire international projects for IT/ITES. • Managing a complex, solution sale with a 1 to 6 month purchasing cycle is preferred. • Lead generation, client retention, and achieving targets. • Fluent written and spoken English.

Education: MBA from a reputed institute Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: Sales, Retail. Salary: As per industry standards.

1. .Net Framework 4.0 & Above ,ASP.NET, C#,ADO.NET,LINQ, Entity Framework, Web Services, WCF,WPF,MVVM ,XAML,ASP.NET SingalR, Design Pattern ,Microsoft Enterprise Library , MySql, MongoDB. 2. Should have strong understanding of OOPS Concepts. 3. Strong Work Experience in web based applications 4. Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers) 5. Database skills, ability to write complex queries, stored procedures etc. 6. Good understanding of ASP.NET fundamentals e.g. page lifecycle, session management, 7. Data Binding, styles, events, validation, caching, separation of UI and code behind etc. 8. Should have used tools and frameworks like Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks. 9. Should have experience in JavaScript and JQUERY.
